1999 marked the 30th anniversary of the introduction of the Firebird Trans Am model. In keeping with the original paint scheme of the first Trans Ams of 1969, the 1999 WS6 model shows its lineage well with the fully functional Ram Air induction system of the WS6 option package. Reminiscent of the wild 400 cubic inch Ram Air motors that powered the original Trans Am, the 5.7l LS1 motor delivers the punch worthy of such a milestone automobile.
This stunning automobile delivers many unique features, not least of which are the components found in the WS6 Ram Air option package, which is assembled by ASC alongside the regular WS6 models.
